Metz Environmental Inc. was formed in 1991 by president and CEO, Steve Metz. We are a small privately held corporation based in Ocala and Palm City FL. providing indoor environmental testing and consulting services for a wide range of properties throughout Florida. Buildings are complex systems that require expertise and experience in the area of microbiology, chemistry, and building dynamics. Metz Environmental has indoor air quality specialists with expertise in chemical issues, microbiological issues, engineering, and public health. Metz Environmental contracts with other professionals as required meeting job requirements (i.e. FDA Registered Laboratory and licensed and certified Contractors). We can assess any Indoor Air Quality issue. Metz Environmental can provide a complete evaluation of a facility and correctly identify and trace problems to their sources. Metz Environmental has conducted investigations of office buildings, schools, hotels, health facilities, hospitals, homes, manufacturing plants, and other commercial buildings.
